Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" — refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time zone for all tk699 platform operations including match scheduling, promotional periods, and transaction timestamps.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings accumulated during the underage period will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The tk699 platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tk699 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tk699 does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is legal in any particular location. By registering an account, you confirm that online betting is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the tk699 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, tk699 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances at its discretion, void any bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds claimed.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. When registering an account on tk699, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and email address. Providing false information at registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). tk699 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification documents may include a national identification card (NID), passport, birth certificate, bKash or Nagad account statement, or other documents as specified by the tk699 compliance team. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by tk699 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

2.6 Employees and Associates. Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of tk699 and its affiliated service providers are not permitted to register player accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the platform.

Section 3

Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk699 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tk699 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request claiming to be from tk699 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Two-Step Verification. tk699 offers two-step verification via SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-step verification to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised account access. tk699 is not liable for losses incurred on accounts where two-step verification has been disabled by the player.

3.4 Account Activity Responsibility. All bets placed and transactions made using your tk699 account credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were made by you personally. If your account credentials have been compromised, you must inform tk699 immediately and cease all platform activity until the matter is resolved.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tk699 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available for deposits may differ from those available for withdrawals. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the tk699 platform is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be automatically returned to the originating payment method, subject to applicable processing times.

4.3 Deposit Processing. bKash and Nagad deposits are processed in real time in the vast majority of cases, with funds appearing in your tk699 account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. tk699 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or bank clearing systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by the tk699 payments team in the order in which they are received. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. tk699 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. tk699 applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. tk699 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.

4.7 Currency. All transactions on the tk699 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tk699 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited via an international payment method (Visa, Mastercard) in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, subject to applicable conversion fees charged by the payment processor.

4.8 Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and reporting of the matter to relevant authorities. Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used on the tk699 platform belong to them personally.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses offered by tk699 are subject to specific eligibility criteria outlined in the terms of each individual promotion. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not subject to a valid wager within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. tk699 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and collusion between players to exploit promotional terms. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus funds voided, their winnings withheld, and their account suspended.

5.4 Welcome Bonus. A welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit on the tk699 platform. The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, and per device. 5.5 Promotional Changes. tk699 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotion terms will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account under the original terms, provided the original validity period has not expired.

Section 6

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the tk699 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by tk699 at its sole discretion. tk699 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player's account. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.

6.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting body or governing authority. For cricket markets, official results from the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant domestic board (for BPL, IPL, and other leagues) are used as the authoritative source for settlement purposes. Unofficial scores, streaming displays, or third-party data sources are not accepted as grounds for dispute.

6.3 Void Bets. tk699 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled, suspended, or abandoned; the odds at which the bet was accepted were manifestly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error; there is credible evidence that the outcome of the event in question has been subject to match-fixing or manipulation; or the bet was placed in violation of any of these Terms & Conditions.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the moment the bet request is submitted. Due to the real-time nature of live betting markets, there may be a brief delay between the submission of a bet request and its acceptance, during which the odds may change. tk699 operates a "request accepted at confirmed odds" model for in-play betting — the odds shown in the confirmation message are the odds at which the bet has been accepted.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and vary by sport, event, market type, and player account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of bet placement. tk699 reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits at its discretion, particularly in cases of consistently profitable betting patterns.

6.6 Errors and Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the player must raise the dispute in writing via [email protected] within 72 hours of the official result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. tk699's decision on all bet settlement disputes is final.

Section 7

Casino Games & Fair Play

7.1 Game Providers. Casino games available on the tk699 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. tk699 acts as the distributor of these games and is not responsible for the underlying game software, random number generation, or game logic, which remain the responsibility of the respective game provider.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG (random number generator) casino games available on the tk699 platform use certified random number generation software that has been independently tested and audited by recognised testing agencies. Results of RNG games are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the player or by tk699 beyond the natural statistical probabilities of each game.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk699 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or access the platform without human interaction.

• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or age for the purpose of circumventing any tk699 restriction or policy.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any tk699 platform content without prior written permission from tk699.

10.2 Game Content. All casino game content, including game software, audiovisual assets, and game logic, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). 11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. tk699 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if tk699 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Third-Party Services. tk699 is not responsible for the conduct, content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services accessed through or in connection with the tk699 platform, including payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be resolved directly with those providers.

Section 12

Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. tk699 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date on which the updated Terms & Conditions are published on the tk699 platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect any changes.

12.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where changes to these Terms & Conditions are considered material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — tk699 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the tk699 platform following notification of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

12.3 Player Responsibility. Governing Law

13.1 Applicable Law.
